At Snagglepuffs, many of our plush characters are limited edition and made in small production batches. Because of this, we maintain a strict refund policy.
Returns
We only accept returns in the following situations:
Item arrived damaged
Wrong item received
Manufacturing defect
Item missing from order
To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Your request must include:
Order number
Photos of the item
Description of issue
If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Ordering the wrong item
Minor color variations
Plush fur texture differences
Button eye placement differences
Embroidery variations
Limited edition items
Preorder items
Opened or used items
Because Snaggle Puff plush are collectible, slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
Preorder Refunds
Preorder items are non-refundable once production begins.
When placing a preorder, you agree:
Production timelines may change
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed
Delays may occur
Orders cannot be canceled after manufacturing starts
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 7 days with photos.
Once approved, we may offer:
Replacement (if available)
Store credit
Refund (case-by-case)
We may not require returns for damaged items.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you want a different character, you must:
Request return approval

Lost or Stolen Packages
Snagglepuffs is not responsible for:
Lost packages marked delivered
Stolen packages
Incorrect shipping addresses
