Processing Time

Orders are processed within:

In-stock items:
• 2–7 business days

Preorder items:
• Ships when production is completed
• Estimated timelines provided on product page
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States
• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

International
• Standard International: 7–21 business days
• Delivery times vary by country

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Preorder Shipping

If you order a preorder item:
• Your order ships when production finishes
• Orders with preorder items ship together
• Split shipping may not be available
• Production delays may occur

Preorders cannot be canceled once production begins.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order size
• Weight
• Destination
• Carrier rates

Free shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:
• Shipping confirmation email
• Tracking number
• Carrier information

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address.

Snaggle Puff is not responsible for:
• Incorrect addresses entered
• Returned packages due to address errors
• Delays caused by address issues

If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Snaggle Puff is not responsible for:
• Packages marked delivered
• Stolen packages
• Carrier delays

If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will assist when possible.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for:
• Customs fees
• Import duties
• Taxes
• VAT

These are not included in shipping cost.

Customs delays are outside our control.

Multiple Items

Orders with multiple items may:
• Ship together
• Ship separately
• Ship from different warehouses

You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Large Plush Shipping (30”+)

Large Snaggle Puff items (30 inch and above):
• May ship in vacuum packaging
• May expand after opening
• May require fluffing after delivery

This is normal and not a defect.
